To ensure a fast and eco-friendly resolution, we do not require you to physically return the item back to us at this time.

  • If your item qualifies for a return under the conditions below, we will process a direct refund straight to your original payment method.
  • You will be free to keep, donate, or dispose of the item at your own convenience.

14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Condition: For change-of-mind requests, you must provide a clear photograph showing that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
  • You must provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage.

How Refunds are Processed

Once your proof/request is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be processed automatically.

  • The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Please note that it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because we strive to ship our products as quickly as possible using express logistics, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order will have already been processed and forwarded to our shipping partners.
